There’s a few vertical CNC. I have a Maslow CNC myself - it works well enough for my needs, but this is next level awesome!

Thank you. Yeah, the maslow is ingenious. I love the idea and the approach, though it doesn't do well with odd shapes or fixtures. I think of it more as a sheet cutter than a CNC router, just because it doesn't really have the ability to navigate non-flat surfaces. I think a maslow style would be really great for a plasma cutter.

Hey this is cool, I built a 900x900ish cnc a few years ago and have often thought about mounting it vertically. Maybe I’ll have to now
