It's just a geodesic style home, nothing unidentifiable about it. They have been on the market since at least the 1960's. They were very popular in the 1970's as the article mentions. That price also seems a bit steep unless they can show a good R-value rating for the home. It is not clear to me what type of glass and insulation they used.
