Ukraine should announce interest in buying a few Nukes and/or conduct a nuke test ala Israel and Pakistan. That's the way to wake up the US and Germany to fund a proper army. Otherwise given the general shiftiness and mumbling of the past year esp around recapture of lost ground, signs are the funding rug can get pulled any day Ukraine suffers some sort of reversal, with pressure to sue for settlement.
