Ironic since those argument also apply to software piracy but I'm sure that since the defendants are very wealthy, this will go the other way this time

GitHub shouldn't even be on the list. They are owned by Microsoft, as is OpenAI.
So maybe just "Microsoft asks court to throw out AI copyright lawsuit"
