This is a straw man argument, and the whole article is dependent on it. That said, I believe that you couldn't find a person on either side of the political divide who disagrees with the statement.

Barack Obama will be the next president of the United States. He's a smooth, careful, reasonable man. I admire him, in a limited way. He will not cause alarms. Nevertheless, he will, step by step, move this country towards a socialistic regime in which the fruits of your hard work are transfered to the scum of the earth. This has been his intention, by his own published testimony, for many years.
