This is leadership.

Everyone taking a pay cut instead of 10,000 layoffs and executives taking an even larger pay cut.

Unless this also cuts Intel leaderships' stock-based compensation, a 25% reduction in base pay doesn't mean much. Worst case scenario one less car in the garage.
