It's a tool to monitor any sync errors between RevOps software or data discrepancies between different properties. We monitor, alert you in real time, and suggest fixes. The tool works; we use it internally. It's like DATADOG for your CRM!

Could it be helpful for some of you, or I'm going in the wrong direction? :pray:

Curious about the technology behind that. How are you guys handling the customization side of thing ? Every company uses it in a slightly different way, with custom models and UI.
We pull out every property data from your Salesforce and allow you to create business rules. For instance, you might want to be alerted if an amount in Chargebee is different than the opportunity amount in Salesforce. Our UI is 100% no-code.
In every company I worked at, Salesforce and HubSpot has been a struggle. The sync breaks, the Salesforce logs are hard to decipher. We had a full-time person dedicated to reconciling the billing with the CRM, and even sometimes manually syncing them yeesh. Out of curiosity, how do you guys detect sync issues? Will you handle the reverse-ETL side as well?

Thanks Omarshammas! We pull data from your different software (Chargebee, Stripe, Salesloft), allow you to create business rules and we alert in real-time when it's broken. We do send back the data into Salesforce (reverse ETL) for stuff such as missing Deal ID.
