Ask HN: What's the best HR platform/service to handle hirings in the U.S.?

Quick question, is there an HR platform/service (similar to Deel, Remote.com, etc), but to hire in the U.S. and forget about all the hassle?

For context, it is for a U.S. company (but remote-first), and I'm curious about what is the best way to hire the first employee based in the U.S. Thanks!
