Is there any header wrapper generator for Rust or C –> C++, like SWIG?

I was wondering if there any wrapper generator exists which can take some piece of Rust API and can generate C++ code for it?

Or maybe, since Rust supports the C ABI, an object-oriented C API, and generate C++ header code for it?
