But when I tried, I found that I only got access to a fraction of the articles.People used to say that the public gets what we deserve for not being willing to pay for quality journalism.But sometime in the last few years, I decided I would like to subscribe electronically to my local paper and maybe one or two national news sources.And then I discovered they all treat paying customers as suckers who can be charged an unlimited number of times for made-up tiers.So I give up.
