This reads half as a marketing piece by a Dell worried that XPS13 sales are dropping - or is it just me?

I have an XPS15 running Ubuntu and it really is a great device. I plan on switching to the XPS13 for my next laptop as I like to have a more portable device and I am sure it will be great.

XPS15 is a really shit device. Almost (every??) all Dell portable products are. Very poor build quality, subpar components unless you spend a LOT maxing then out. Their warranty support is awful, their callcentres are outsourced indian script readers.

Lenovo on the other hand! Fantastic.

I forgot to say why. Have you ever wanted a laptop with the monitors ribbon cable on the OUTSIDE of the case. Say. No. More.

Thing that kills the dells is soldered on ram.

Framework is much better than any of these dells and usually cheaper.

Had a Dell XPS 13 for couple of years. Terrible machine. Switched back to Macbook.
