This is an absolutely serious question: 1) What is your model for humans living around each other that does not involve mandatory contributions towards societal costs and 2) What are some examples of nation states you admire without an organization similar the IRS?
What a mess. Why hasn’t the IRS figured it out yet? This is a totally foreseeable problem. California gives out refund payments and the IRS hasn’t decided whether they’re going to take some of it for themselves? Outrageous.
