I thought they would rewrite HTTP, but no, it's another firewall.

The architecture of the web is fundamentally flawed, we are all slaves of web masters.

This is amazing! I wish there was a way for this to be installed alongside with the router (say an on-prem home server) to control across the entire network (based on device, domain, time, ...). Pi-Hole can do this to some extent but its only for DNS and does not have the granular levers based on device and application.

but as you said, on the higher levels you can no longer differentiate by app...
