Ask HN: Cloudflare "captcha" barely ever works?

Who else is experiencing this issue or has experienced this in the past, that when visiting a site with a Cloudflare "Checking if the site connection is secure" page, clicking on the "Verify you are human" button never works? Using Chrome with no ad blockers or whatever, pretty odd.
