We have a webinar coming up with the Head of Recruitment and a Quant Researcher (who does technical interviews).

We want to get some questions ready for them both.

We (and they) are very interested in applicants from _outside_ the (finance) industry - not just current quants and fintech people.

The Quant Researcher is actually not from the finance industry - so he has an interesting perspective.
