PowerToys Quick Accent adds the ability to type en and em dashes (github.com)

I've started to use em-dashes lately and the largest obstacle has been the fact that I need to have one in my clipboard to paste every time I want to use them in a non-HTML context (anywhere I can't just type `—`).

But now I don't need to do that anymore, I can produce them at any time using Quick Accent, which is definitely super nice~
