I'm not sure which was more surprising, the price of the props on ebay, or how uncluttered the storefront page was compared to the individual item page.
You can visit their eBay store for a frankly ridiculous number of Doctor Who props.

I would be highly skeptical of any eBay account selling items that are supposedly from a movie set. There have been many people selling such items that turned out to be from someones hoarded collection of junk. There are loads of grifters on eBay.

I've checked the provenance of the pieces - and they cone with a signed statement from the original auction house. The auction itself was well documented in the media.

And, in my opinion, the behind the scenes photos speak for themselves.

As someone who grew up on the older episodes, and who only dabbled in the newer ones, this headline really threw me for a loop.

I was struggling to remember some kind of Star Trek like communicator or somesuch, and drawing a blank.

Can anyone remember anything kinda-like a mobile phone in the older episodes?

Although I have no interest in Doctor Who, I deeply appreciate this level of nerdery and of the joy of finding those media on the phones.
