Ask HN: What is the best way to report a hacked Instagram account?

This is probably common question, but a friend who is a locally well known chef had her Instagram account hacked 4-5 months ago. She has found it impossible to report or get her account back, and as far as I know; has not been able to reach a human. For those of us who are her friends, there is not an option to report her original account as hacked. Am I missing something here or is there a way to directly contact someone in Instagram security?
