Having someone watch you work can do wonders for your focus and productivity. Pair programming, study together, people even hire assistants just for that.

So, meet your Drill Sergeant: he will check on you periodically but randomly, and if you' re caught slacking off, you will do pushups. Works for me.

If the goal is for it to be a spoken assistant, it won't work with customer service/virtual assistant voice models. It needs to be loud, threatening, and coarse!
