Ask HN: Apple App Library search sometimes broken?

On iPhone I used the search bar on the App Library page (last page on the right) to find an app. Sometimes it’s completely broken. Searching for “Netflix” will give me zero results, but I scroll down and manually find it.

This is how I launch apps on all apple devices (the command space find bar on desktop). Anyone else experience this?
