CatPPT--generates Powerpoint (legacy .ppt) slideshows of cats, I guess. I imagine the file format is less important, unless the AI has a novel form of generating binaries.
Totally, if it understands "hex editing" and recognizes harmful vectors--perhaps even editing those out to be benign--we've essentially one-upped biology with software.
Summarizing viral markers like "this segment of code would execute a write attempt" or "make a network request" could accelerate the malware field that previously needed (software) autopsy and reverse engineering.
We could fall back on the existing tools to verify, of course, but expediting the grunt work would be welcomed.
