I found it pretty weird that they would introduce that as a tag, which seems orthogonal to the license. Shouldn't the creator's wishes on usage rather be reflected directly in the license itself? Also, as CC-BY-ND disallows remixing, doesn't that already disqualify it completely from being used in training AI models?
