Article title is a bit clickbait-y. Original title: "This ‘climate-friendly’ fuel comes with an astronomical cancer risk"

But why would people be exposed to it? It's not like there are no smokestack filtering systems out there, or like there is no law (like the Clean Air Act) that regulates the industrial emissions.
