Ask HN: Where Are Ukrainian Developers At?

Marketwatch today reported that "‘Ukraine is open for business’: Western companies urged to be part of Ukrainian recovery ". The link, sadly, was just a rather limited landing page briefly discussing opening a business in UA and, that is it. I don't know much about the market there, especially now, but where do Ukrainian devs go to looking for leads/projects and so on?
