I think the distribution of libido between men and women is pretty much even. Most men think women are less interested in sex, but women with the right guys can have quite a high sex drive. In more sexually open subcultures such as swingers and so on, women are firmly in the drivers seat and tend to be every bit as forward as men and many would say more so.
