What I learned from contributing to Rust's linter (blog.nindalf.com)

I was lucky to attend a workshop conducted by the maintainer of Rust's linter where we contributed to the project. In this post I wrote about my experience at the workshop and on a larger task I picked up afterwards. My experience was positive, and I would definitely contribute to the project in future.
