The difference between deli cuts and ground meat is that many deli cuts contain food additives, mainly phosphates and curing agents, which aren't particularly good for one's health. Especially nitrite based curing salts are suspected of causing cancer [0].

Yea, and they contain some sugar. Obviously I wouldn't have found cancer in 14 days. But for fat loss, it seems to work just as well!
