Microsoft bringing the AI-powered Bing to the taskbar

A bunch of announcements including:

  - Phone Link for iOS (iMessage on Windows)
  - Windows Studio Effects (some sort of webcam AI effect thing for auto-framing / eye contact)
  - Teams more tightly integrated (and maybe renamed to "Chat", or just branded as such)
  - More widgets (I hope these are still removable via `winget uninstall "Windows web experience Pack"`)
  - Screen recording in Snipping Tool (that's actually pretty cool, I was using the Xbox Game Bar for doing screen recording)
  - Tabs in Notepad
  - AI for local search (files in the start menu - not clear on what this is exactly)
