Weird Google Browser Signature

I am seeing alot of these logs in my nginx access logs,

34.142.22.137 - - [01/Mar/2023:08:29:50 +0000] "GET /privacy-statement-cookie-policy HTTP/1.0" 200 160466 "-" "this joke will be pushed to production"

the IP reverse lookup is from googleusercontent.com 137.22.142.34.bc.googleusercontent.com

Has anyone ever seen this before, or is this something I need to be worrying about ?
