Cool idea. Do you have an example of what it looks like within a community?

So we onboard the communities with a bot and then push the post there based on their preferences + the post frequency they are comfortable with, If you drop your email we can give you a demo.

We've found some of the best engineers from the open source communities, but it's never been an easy task. Outbound on this has always been a lot of work, with low response rates.

It does bring a lot of value for recruiter. But sourcing talent from community doesn't ensure top quality. If you have checks in place to filter out those candidates, then it's really a big time-saver.
