Just enter the locations people will be traveling from. MLC then calculates the location, where the combined aircraft emissions are minimised. Based on data from the European Emissions Agency.

Great website and idea.

On the bottom right of the map the CSS '.leaflet-control a' sets 'display: none;' which hides the copyright of the map. It might not fit the style of the dark background map, but it's not optional. You could move the copyright to an about page.

Thank you for the feedback and heads up. But are you sure that it is not optional? It is a feature directly provided by leaflet (https://leafletjs.com/reference.html#control-attribution) so I thought there would be no problem in me hiding the prefix. I really have no idea about copyright regulations though so I will take a look.
