So most of you are familiar with the Gervais Principle ebook (originally in the form of blog posts) by Venkatesh Rao, since I see it posted at least once a quarter here for the past decade.

I used Elevenlabs and a sample of Jeremy Irons to make an audiobook out of it, I don't know about the legality of making something like this since even if the book is on his blog as articles it's also available for sale as an ebook. But consider it as a demonstration of what has become possible with cutting edge speech synthesis like elevenlabs (best one at the moment in my opinion), and use some youtube-dl variation to download it if you want to since I might remove it if I get a copyright claim on it.

About the gervais principle: it might help younger employees unfamiliar with office politics in my opinion, if you don't like it because of the terms used (sociopath, loser, clueless, etc.) then just keep an open mind about it, there is valuable information behind what you might think are cringy names.
