Can you submit the URL only? The intro can be the first comment. URLs in the intro aren't clickable, it seems to be obfuscated (full URL https://medium.com/@jesalg/how-to-hire-engineering-talent-wi...) and submitted articles usually don't need an intro. It's clear when submitting something it's important to you and you'd want people to read it.
