House Price Affordability (demographia.com)

Great use of publically available data. It uses multiple of househould income as an affordability measure (pretty standard, I believe).

Not exactly hacker, but I see lots of comment threads start about housing affordability, and wouldn't mind creating something on this myself at some stage.
