How to Test for Safari on Windows (james.darpinian.com)

I was surprised to see this actually somewhat works. I have a known Safari bug and was able to recreate it on Windows without the need for BrowserStack. I understand this might not be 100% Safari, but I am happy to be able to recreate at least some known issues locally on Windows 10.
