I don't work for them, but been with DreamHost for 10 years and in fact, I have the Happy Hosting 10-Year package which comes at such an extreme discount compared to their other plans and no longer even offered, but despite that I've moved on to other hosting plans, I still keep them for my basic websites and email.

I love the DreamHost company and glad you found the support you needed.

The author didn't find the support he needed. It appears he is desperately in need of support and DreamHost is on the verge of terminating his account and won't let him log in to make a payment.

I do see he gave an update, but it wasn't DreamHost.

>Update: thanks to the very kind involvment of the widow of our wemaster, we could provide enough private information to Dreamhost, who finally accepted to reset the password and the MFA. We have recovered evrything! Many thanks to everybody who helped us!

Sucks that DH wasn't able to offer more.. it is often my concerns for when I pass too. I run quite a few websites but once I'm gone, they will be as well. Wish there was more support on helping those with this.

> If you work at Dreamhost and want to keep us as custommers instead of kicking us like that, please ask the support service in charge of ticket 225948648 to send the recovery URL to the secondary email adddress

What's the point of having a secondary email address if not for account recovery? Am curious as to what Dreamhost's thought process is here
