Does anyone have any details on how to file a claim with FDIC? Does it need a legal counsel or can we self-file it as founders?
There's a lot of documents there but finding the right ones to use for filing claims to be hard to navigate. Any legal counsel or startup who has done it and wants to open source the protocol would be super helpful.
I did find the link from vol1ventures, but that seems to be mentioning that founders should send over deets over to them.
