Just amazing, thank you very much for having written that.

Just yesterday I was talking with a friend - "lose the caloric deficit idea, start eaten mostly meat, don't eat sugar" - about my half taken fasting + caloric deficit, but lastly - I've increased my rythm of training and I was needing more energy - I was subletly going out from fasting eating extra calories here and there, and out of nothing I've started to have more energy and at the same time getting thinner, now I've lost something like 5 kg.

Now after what I talked with my friend and haven read your blog post I understand exactly how I started to lose weight by eating more than when I was strictly fasting.
