I have one but I never use it, I always go for the slow cooker instead. For me there’s a very limited number of things I slow cook/instant pot. For those things I always prepare hours in advance so there’s no need for a pressure cooker.
When I learned that an Instant Pot doesn't do anything particularly different or better for my requirements than my already owned slow cookers and pressure cooker, apart from built-in timer programming, I passed. The pressure cooker is completely portable to kitchen stoves, camp stoves, or open fires (on a grate) and doubles as an autoclave for extreme sanitization if ever needed.

None of this is terribly amazing, but it is nice to just be able to get some of this stuff cooked simply.
Salmon, whole chickens, Chili, and stew are very regular visitors.
