Subaligner has gone beyond subtitle synchronisation by starting to transcribe audiovisual content using LLMs and generate near-production quality subtitles in a range of languages and formats (subaligner -m transcribe ...). More LLMs continually advancing over time will be made available after evaluation so pls stay tuned. What’s next after Whisper, Kaldi?
