Ask HN: Why can’t I have instant noodles?

My stomach can’t tolerate it. I used to eat them ‘daily-ish’ in bachelor times. I plan to balance out the sodium intake with pt.

The ramen industry has become big and there are now so many new brands and flavors I want to try.

Because the human body was designed to eat food, and instant noodles don't quite make the cut.

Balancing out a high sodium intake is not the same as negating it; you're still consuming it, whether its balanced or not.

Better to go see a doctor for this type of question. Without blood work and other diagnostics it's going to be near impossible to determine the exact cause.

You'll excrete more sodium with aerobics than physical therapy.

It's probably not the noodles, but the flavor packets. You could try and find low sodium versions, or use process of elimination to determine what ingredient is bothering your stomach. Also talk to a doctor about this, it's probably not the sodium.
