What health issues do you have that were directly caused by the nature of tech work?

62 yrs old, 40 years staring at screens. Possibly myopia, eye doctor says maybe from my work, maybe genetic. Other than that nothing I can think of.
My brother-in-law worked for 30 years as a mason (cement and bricks). He has serious permanent back injuries and lung damage from dust. One of my younger brothers worked for two decades as a stock broker, he suffers from alcoholism, ulcers, migraines.

I got off easy, I think.

Switch to a track ball, mouse is bad for your wrist.
Realize that software dev is a sedentary job and make sure to get regular exercise outside of your job.
Was developing lower back issues earlier on due to not caring about office chair selection. Easy fix and well worth it.
