If the government is serious about increasing our safety and security, it would ban FB, and prevent Zuckerberg from owning/operating any social media services given his well-documented track record of malevolence.
People don't trust Zuckerberg. People don't trust FB, with well-documented good reason. The Cambridge Analytica situation alone should classify him as a domestic terrorist, where terrorism is defined by the US Department of State itself in 2003 as "premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence an audience."
