I'm mostly thinking database-related but am open to other development realms.

Mainly, what attracts you to a programming podcast and keeps your attention? (Or loses it?)

Things that are interesting, concepts, topics and things that I can use (tricks or pointers).

Bad flow, too many unrelated tangents, dryness are all massive turnoffs.
