Find this site: Someone built a personal 'tinder' (with reward incentive)?

Hey HN, I'm trying to find this old website (created at least 4 years ago), can you help?

This guy created a site where you could nominate your friends to become friends (maybe romantic partner, I don't remember) with the creator. It began with a bio of himself and the nomination form without much else.

The promise was for any nominator of a "successful" candidate, they (both?) would receive some cash award ($500, or something).

I believe there may have also been an article written about the experience.
