You probably have a DNS problem. Try another DNS server.

Parts of amazon are down for me and reddit is gone as well (Telstra au)

I bet it's actually a DNS problem. Try another DNS server (like Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 server).

I see the same IP's from many countries. [1] They likely use Anycast and perhaps some regions are having a routing issue. Just guessing. It's working fine for me in the Rocky Mountains. Not seeing anything odd aside from announcing bogons in looking glass but I also don't know what stats are normal for them.

Perhaps someone here has a 1keyes account and could plug them in ad-hoc?
