Also, driving at zero miles per hour reduces car accidents to zero... obviously this is good to reduce accidents but frankly mildly annoying for the vast majority of people actually trying to get somewhere. They quoted percentage changes, but if it went from a huge number to a smaller number that would be interesting, but if they went from 0.01% to 0.080% but now a million people have to spend another 20 minutes in the car, I question the net human value. At some point I'd rather live my life not sitting in a car an extra year of my life and risk a minor accident.

It really is that bad too, I’ve ripped into it going way too fast at least twice, to the point where I make sure I never use it. The worst part is by the time you realize what happened you then think about the people behind you that made the same mistake and hope they don’t slam into you. However, since the pandemic, the average driving speed in Seattle (in my observation) has gone way up. I can’t imagine most people would adhere to lower speed limits.
