Rate my start-up: RFID for Jewelry
I'm the second employee at tractechsystems.com - we're a start-up that supplies RFID technology to jewelry businesses. It's owned by Keven Peck, who runs a thirty year old jewelry wholesaler called Color Merchants.
We sell the supplies (printer, reader, etc.) once , and then sell tags to the wholesalers and retails every year. The average customer needs anywhere from 10,000 to 200,000 tags a year. We have about plenty of customers now, and they all report amazing reductions in time to do inventory, time wasted looking for items, etc. We believe about 1% of the market is currently using RFID technology - the rest is still using bar coding.
Any suggestions would be amazing. We don't really use the website for lead gen, but rather use it as a sales tool. Also, we're currently looking to hire technology sales people and a paid creative marketing intern.
