Ask HN: What does your company do for employee birthdays?

Any celebration of you: birthdays, anniversary, etc. Our company is kinda lame, granted we're all remote. We have a monthly company meeting and the end of it contains shoutouts for people's birthday's or work anniversaries that month. If there's a milestone year with the company, they get a bigger shoutout in the yearly company meeting.
