These may be retweets from people you follow.

This is the most likely conclusion considering retweets stopped showing today as well. So the markup showing who retweeted most likely just fell away. Hopefully it's a bug so it will be restored.

Or it is a deliberate change, with the next logical followup being inserting algorithmic/promoted tweets in the chronological timeline making them indistinguishable from retweets
